1. Engineering Department
* Roles: Mine Plan Section Head, Survey Section Head, Production Control & Dispatch Section Head, Mine Plan Group Leader, Survey Group Leader.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or Geodesy.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (for Section Heads) or 2 years (for Group Leaders).
* Mandatory POP certification; JUT certification required for Survey roles.
* Proficiency in data analysis, system design, and industry-standard software/Microsoft Office.
2. Plant Department
* Roles: Site Technical Development Group Leader, Plant Instructor Track Group Leader.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of field experience.
* Possess POP certification; TOT and Assessor certifications are required for the Instructor role.
* Strong background in technical systems development and data analysis.
3. Operation Department
* Role: External Relation Section Head.
* Qualifications:
