We are currently expanding our expert team and are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Site/Project Manager for our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects based in Batam.
Professional Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience serving as a Site Manager or Project Manager.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated success in managing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
* Communication: Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex engineering and technical drawings with high accuracy.
* Leadership: Strong interpersonal, team management, and leadership capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of project lifecycles, including:
1. Project Execution: Lead all phases of project delivery from initial site setup to final completion.
2. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain rigorous oversight of project records to ensure full alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
3. Financial Management: Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
