## Role Overview: GMP Coordinator
As a GMP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of production quality and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a professional who can oversee operational excellence while ensuring that all processes adhere to safety and international quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar GMP coordination role within the manufacturing industry.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Strong command of MS Office suite.
* In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
* Understanding of the Halal Assurance System (SJH).
* Familiarity with ISO standards and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Practical knowledge of plastic production machinery and operational workflows.
* Leadership Capabilities: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as a Coordinator or Team Leader in manufacturing or production operations.
* Flexibility: Ability to work in either shift or non-shift rotations as required by the production schedule.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Sidoarjo area or nearby regions are highly encouraged to apply.
