## The Management Trainee Program (Cadet/Assistant)
The Management Trainee Program is a rigorous, high-impact six-month initiative designed to transform high-potential graduates into future industry leaders. The curriculum balances comprehensive theoretical classroom instruction with intensive field practice, mentored directly by seasoned Senior Assistants and Managers.

## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this competitive program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age and Education: Applicants must be aged 24–27, holding a D3, D4, or S1 degree.
* Academic Fields:
* Agronomy: Plantation Cultivation, Forestry, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Cultivation, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering, or Agricultural Technology.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Eligibility: Must be a graduate from the class of 2023 or 2024.
* Skills & Certification: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and possession of a valid SIM C (motorcycle) license.
* Flexibility: Absolute willingness to be relocated to any of the company’s plantation sites, including Sumatra and Kalimantan.
