## Understanding the Helper Role at Kilat Power
As a Field Helper, you will serve as a vital link in ensuring our power bank rental stations remain fully operational and accessible to the public. Your daily responsibilities are designed to be straightforward yet impactful, ensuring our hardware network functions seamlessly across various partner locations.
Core Responsibilities
* Hardware Deployment & Removal: Safely install and dismantle power bank rental stations at designated merchant locations.
* Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Conduct initial inspections of the machines when technical glitches or operational errors are reported.
* Equipment Logistics: Handle the heavy lifting involved in relocating, transporting, and positioning the rental units.
* Routine Maintenance: Perform basic checks and preventive upkeep on the hardware to extend the lifespan of the equipment.
* Incident Reporting: Relay machine status updates and operational obstacles promptly to the relevant internal teams.
* Mobile Field Operations: Travel across various assigned locations dynamically based on daily company requirements.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Education: Minimum high school graduate (SMA or SMK equivalent).
* Physical Fitness: Excellent physical health and stamina, with the strength required to lift, move, install, and dismantle heavy equipment.
* Experience Level: Prior technical experience is not required; fresh applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Learning Agility: A genuine eagerness to learn and the ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Work Ethic: Highly responsible, disciplined, and possessing a professional attitude toward daily tasks.
* Teamwork: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
* Licensing & Mobility: Must possess a valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle. Having a valid car driver's license (SIM A) and the ability to drive manual or automatic cars will be considered a significant advantage.
