## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high standard of our operations, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
* Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
* Industry Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates with prior, hands-on experience in power plant operations or maintenance.
* Soft Skills: Strong ability to work effectively within a team and maintain professional communication standards.
