## Join the Team: Human Resources (HR) Officer
To support ongoing operational growth, PT Manoor Bulatn Lestari is offering a professional career opportunity for a dedicated and organized Human Resources Officer. This role provides an environment to advance your career within a dynamic, site-based operational framework.
Primary Responsibilities
* Oversee and audit day-to-day employee timekeeping, leave requests, overtime approvals, and site roster schedules.
* Maintain comprehensive, error-free employee records and master database entries.
* Provide core administrative support for routine HR tasks and payroll processing activities.
* Direct site-level personnel mobilization, logistics coordination, and localized administrative support.
* Review, verify, and track HR-related vendor invoices and contractual documentation.
* Monitor third-party vendor compliance with corporate guidelines, prevailing labor standards, and contractual terms.
* Compile and present regular HR operational analytics to support site leadership.
* Deliver daily administrative assistance and guidance to site managers and operational personnel.
* Enforce operational adherence to internal HR policies, safety standards, and governance framework.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience in HR administration, preferably within the mining, energy, or heavy construction sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Thorough practical understanding of site roster management, attendance systems, payroll workflows, BPJS (social security) administration, Indonesian labor legislation, and employment tax rules.
* Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong analytical capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
* Professional Attributes: Exceptional organizational capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and clear verbal and written communication abilities.
* Work Availability: Full readiness to work on-site at a remote mining facility under a 10:2 work roster schedule (10 weeks on-site, 2 weeks leave).
