## Program Overview and Core Qualifications
This intensive program is designed for high-potential individuals ready to step into leadership roles within the fast-paced Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. Mandatory Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a D4 or S1 degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is considered a distinct advantage.
* Industry Passion: A demonstrated interest in the F&B landscape.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional adaptability, strong communication skills, and proven leadership experience through organizational involvement.
* Driven Mindset: A proactive attitude with a strong initiative to achieve operational targets.
## Commitment and Mobility
The Management Trainee program is a rigorous path toward a long-term career with us. Candidates must be prepared to meet the following logistical expectations:
1. Relocation: Candidates must be willing to undergo the one-year training program in Malang and Surabaya. Upon successful completion, you must be prepared for placement in any of our operational regions across Indonesia.
2. Selection Process: Applicants must be available to participate in the user selection process, which includes Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and a User Committee Interview. This can be conducted offline at our Head Office in Malang or online for those residing outside of Java.
