1. Sr. PSC Management Officer
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Industry Experience: At least 8 years within the oil and gas sector.
* Core Competencies:
* Comprehensive understanding of Exploration and Production (E&P) business models.
* Strong technical and functional knowledge.
* Proven techno-commercial expertise in petroleum arrangements, including Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Unitization Agreements (UAs).
2. Sr. Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a closely related discipline.
* Industry Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant background in Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Risk Management, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), or operations within high-hazard industries.
* Core Competencies:
* Deep familiarity with the Incident Command System (ICS), escalation protocols, and emergency coordination.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and orchestrate large-scale emergency drills with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Expertise in incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., Tripod Beta, SCAT, TapRooT, or RCA).
* Exceptional communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities under high-pressure scenarios.
3. Maintenance Planner

* Extensive experience maintaining rotating machinery (gas turbine generators, compressors, pumps, fin fan coolers) and static equipment.
* Familiarity with Vapor Recovery Unit (VRU) systems and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) collaboration (Solar GTG exposure is an advantage).
* Preferred Certifications: OEM training for gas turbines, rigging and lifting certification, mechanical fitting credentials, or a valid Pedestal Crane Operator license (MIGAS or DISNAKER).
