## General and Specific Qualifications
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria based on their desired role:
* Educational Requirements:
* Minimum D3, D4, or Bachelor's degree required for positions 1, 2, and 3.
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent for positions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
* Industry Experience: Previous working experience in a similar role within an FMCG distribution company serves as a distinct advantage.
* Licensing and Mobility:
* Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle required for Sales Supervisor and Salesman roles (4 & 5).
* Valid SIM B1 required for Drivers (8).
* Valid SIM A required for Branch Manager (1).
* Core Competencies:
* Strong leadership capabilities for management roles (1, 2, 3, 4).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
