## Management Trainee Program: Spinning Division
We are currently opening doors for young, high-potential talent to join our specialized Management Trainee (MT) program. This role is designed to fast-track your career, offering hands-on experience in our Spinning production units and preparing you to become a future leader within the textile industry.
Core Responsibilities
* Comprehensive Training: Complete an intensive, curriculum-based MT program covering the entire spinning lifecycle.
* Process Mastery: Gain a deep understanding of production stages, including Blowing, Carding, Drawing, Roving, Spinning, and Winding.
* Operational Analysis: Monitor and analyze production metrics to improve quality, output, and overall facility efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments to solve technical challenges.
* Project Management: Develop and present learning reports and continuous improvement projects to senior management.
* Leadership Development: Prepare for transition into supervisory and leadership roles within the spinning operations.
## Candidate Profile and Qualifications
To excel in this role, we look for individuals who possess a blend of technical aptitude and strong soft skills.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Textile Engineering (preferred), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates with a high drive for learning are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
