## Featured Position: Estate Accounting Officer Trainee
The Estate Accounting Officer Trainee plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational transparency of our plantation estates. This position offers a unique opportunity for aspiring accounting professionals to gain hands-on experience in the specialized administration of plantation management.
Primary Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of estate-level accounting and administrative functions, including:
* Financial Documentation: Accurate entry of journal vouchers and daily financial transactions.
* Reconciliation: Executing bank reconciliations to ensure financial precision.
* Compliance: Managing taxation requirements relevant to plantation operations.
* Payroll Administration: Processing and overseeing staff payroll documentation.
* Inventory & Production Oversight: Managing warehouse records and verifying production data.
* Operational Reporting: Maintaining comprehensive records of plantation crop cycles and preparing monthly Trial Balance reports.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this professional development program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting.
* Graduates from State Universities (PTN) must possess a minimum GPA of 2.75.
