## Now Hiring: Human Resources (HR) Staff

To support its continuous operational success, PT Tanjung Power Indonesia is seeking a highly competent and dedicated Human Resources (HR) Staff member. This on-site role is designed for a proactive individual who can seamlessly manage day-to-day HR operations, foster employee development, and maintain strict adherence to corporate and government standards.

Key Job Responsibilities

As an HR Staff member at TPI, your daily tasks will span across recruitment, administration, employee relations, and compliance. The primary responsibilities include:

* Recruitment and Integration: Assisting with talent acquisition campaigns and executing seamless onboarding procedures for new hires in compliance with corporate guidelines.
* Compensation and Database Management: Managing local employee remuneration, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure all HR records remain complete, secure, and accurate.
* HRIS Maintenance: Regularly updating and auditing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database to guarantee all data is valid, structured, and up to date.
* Administrative Oversight: Facilitating essential HR services, including employee healthcare plans, daily attendance tracking, formal reference letters, workforce databases, expatriate paperwork, and foreign national permits.
* Employee Growth and Training: Coordinating, tracking, and documenting workforce development programs, including competency assessments, professional certifications, training sessions, and performance evaluations within allocated budgets.
* Corporate Event Coordination: Planning, organizing, and documenting company events to boost employee engagement, aligning activities with the corporate cultural calendar.
* Compliance and Reporting: Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual HR reports that satisfy corporate management, financial lenders, and government regulatory bodies.
* Safety and Environmental Advocacy: Actively implementing Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols within the HRGA-IT Department to achieve the company's core objectives of Zero Accidents and Zero Environmental Pollution.
Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma III (D3) degree in any major, though a background in Psychology is highly preferred, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Professional Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are highly encouraged to apply, as well as professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or generalist functions.
* Technical Skills: Prior experience in recruitment processes and corporate training coordination will be considered a significant advantage.
* Software Proficiency: Practical mastery of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent multitasking capabilities, strong self-motivation, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset for team-oriented projects.
* Work Location: Absolute willingness to be stationed at the Tanjung office in Tabalong, South Kalimantan, working on a standard, non-roster basis.
