Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) suppliers through scheduled, routine estate visits.
* Quality Control: Inspect and grade incoming FFB shipments rigorously to ensure they meet the stringent quality standards established by the company.
* Administrative Oversight: Prepare documentation required for issuing FFB purchasing contracts and maintain accurate records.
* Production Alignment: Verify that all received FFB volumes align seamlessly with the Daily Production Report (LHP) from each mill.
* Pricing Strategy: Compile and formulate weekly FFB pricing documentation while monitoring competitor pricing trends and market acquisition strategies.
* Financial Administration: Execute administrative and documentation workflows for billing and payments, ensuring every disbursement report is accurate and delivered on schedule.
* Document Management: Maintain a systematic, highly organized archiving system for all procurement-related paperwork.
General Requirements
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring at least 3 (three) years of proven hands-in experience working with FFB procurement, supplier coordination, or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
