## 1. Operations Administrator

This vital role ensures the smooth daily functioning of our shipping operations through meticulous administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitoring and maintaining accurate balances of petty cash and emergency funds allocated to vessels.
* Initiating and managing requests for petty cash and emergency cash disbursements.
* Compiling and reconciling invoices, verifying final disbursement accounts received from agents.
* Generating comprehensive daily Vessel Data Recorder (VDR) reports for group-level distribution.
* Tracking and overseeing payment schedules and vessel billing statements.

Essential Skills & Experience

* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a closely related discipline is highly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience of 2-5 years in administrative support capacities, ideally within the demanding shipping or logistics sectors.

## 2. Procurement Administrator

As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in securing the goods and services essential for our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing and executing comprehensive purchasing and procurement plans, meticulously recording and preparing for company needs.

## 3. Finance & Accounting (AP/AR/Tax Specialist)

This critical position supports our financial health by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance with precision.

Key Responsibilities

* Collecting and submitting invoices punctually, adhering to established deadlines.
* Performing thorough monthly reconciliations of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balances.

## 4. Port Captain

The Port Captain is instrumental in overseeing fleet operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency across our vessels.

Key Responsibilities

* Developing, promoting, and ensuring the rigorous implementation of company policies, systems, and procedures within the fleet department.
* Coordinating, regulating, directing, educating, analyzing, evaluating, improving, and monitoring all activities, work processes, and personnel onboard vessels.
* Ensuring seamless, timely, and budget-conscious execution of all loading and discharge operations for bulk materials and liquid cargo.
* Guaranteeing the seaworthiness of all vessels under responsibility through diligent daily monitoring reports.
* Coordinating with Masters regarding the recruitment, transfer, and familiarization processes for new crew members.
* Diligent follow-up and close-out of deficiencies identified during Port State Control (PSC) inspections, entity classifications, terminal inspections, and external audits.
* Organizing and executing internal audits for operational matters, in coordination with relevant departments (e.g., Logistics for Stock Opname, DPA for ISM, CSO for ISPS, Technical for Engine Performance).
* Maintaining robust communication and coordination with local agencies and stakeholders, in conjunction with the External Relations Department (e.g., UPP/KSOP/Mariner).
* Issuing comprehensive daily and weekly operation reports from an operational perspective.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Hold a Marine Engineer Class III (ANT-III) certificate or possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Marine Engineering, Management, or another relevant major.
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Fleet Officer or Port Captain within a reputable shipping company.
* Profound knowledge of vessel operations, particularly for Tug & Barge, Tanker, SPOB, or similar vessel types.
* Understanding of communication flows related to port clearance, permit issuance, and vessel documents/certificates in accordance with Indonesian rules, regulations, and codes.
* Excellent communication skills, a collaborative team player, strong leadership qualities, and exceptional attention to detail.

## 5. Port Engineer

This role involves critical oversight of vessel maintenance, repairs, and the safe execution of all engineering requirements, both in port and at shipyards.

Key Responsibilities

* Taking full responsibility for scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing vessel maintenance, repairs, and the safe execution of all engineering needs.
* Managing the annual repair and maintenance budgets, as well as capital expenditure development.
* Developing detailed repair specifications and actively managing vessel repairs through direct oversight of all related activities.
* Serving as a key liaison with the vessel's Chief Engineer/Captain regarding necessary maintenance requirements.
* Coordinating and evaluating the benefits of requested repairs, upgrades, and modifications by vessel management that necessitate contractor involvement or significant expenditures, ensuring they are performed efficiently between seasons in port.
* Overseeing staffing needs for work conducted both in port and at the shipyard.
* Managing and negotiating contractor selection, administering contracts, and monitoring contractor work by arranging services for vessels, ensuring timely scheduling of regulatory inspections, and controlling expenditures within designated projects.
* Developing comprehensive maintenance and repair cost analyses, tracking actual costs against repair and maintenance, and capital expenditure budgets.
* Creating Purchase Orders (POs)/Work Orders (WOs), reviewing and closing outstanding maintenance jobs, reviewing/approving requisitions, and analyzing vessel reports.
* Closing POs for completed work and updating financial information to ensure accurate and timely payments.
* Assisting in the development and modification of preventative maintenance plans for vessel equipment.
* Being available 24 hours a day, including weekends, to address urgent vessel maintenance, repairs, and engineering operations.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Hold a Marine Engineer Class III (ATT-III) certificate or possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Marine System Engineering, Electrical & Instruments Engineering, or another related major.
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Port Engineer within a shipping company.
* Comprehensive knowledge of vessel operations, particularly for Tug & Barge, Tanker, SPOB, or similar vessel types.
* A deep understanding and capability to manage the maintenance and repair of vessels, port facilities, and associated equipment.
* Excellent communication skills, a collaborative team player, strong leadership qualities, and exceptional attention to detail.

* Conducting thorough testing and ensuring stable performance of marine engines.
* Systematically examining and troubleshooting any issues within electrical systems.

* Repairing or replacing damaged/worn-out engine components.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed service records and documentation.
* Analyzing motor performance data and identifying early signs of malfunction.
* Visiting docking stations for comprehensive vessel inspections.
* Conducting operational tests of machinery and systems.
* Changing oil, filters, and other essential components during scheduled maintenance checks.
* Assisting with and independently handling troubleshooting for other mechanical and electrical parts of the vessel.

Essential Skills & Experience

* A Diploma (D3) in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering for Mechanics & Electricians, or a Diploma (D3) in Civil/Structural Engineering, or possession of a Welder Certificate for Construction roles.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and/or structural issues within a shipping company environment.
* Practical knowledge of vessel operations, specifically for Tug & Barge, Tanker, SPOB, or similar vessel types.
* A solid understanding and practical ability to handle the maintenance and repair of vessels, port facilities, and related equipment.
* Excellent communication skills, a collaborative team player, and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficient in the use of various maintenance and repair tools and equipment.
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel onboard vessels within the operational area.
* Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects, working in confined spaces, climbing ladders, and performing tasks at heights.

## 7. Technical Superintendent

The Technical Superintendent is responsible for the overall technical performance, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of assigned vessels, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitoring the technical operations and maintenance schedules of assigned vessels.
* Assessing vessel performance through monthly return reports and inspections, aiming to maintain optimum maintenance levels.
* Monitoring and identifying root causes for excessive or unusual wear and tear, then developing effective control and rectification strategies.
* Tracking the technical performance of vessels and closely monitoring the consumption of spares, lubricating oils, and bunkers.
* Monitoring survey cycles, statutory survey requirements, and physically carrying out crucial surveys onboard.
* Proactively planning regular and special surveys, repairs, and dry dockings to maximize time and cost benefits for each vessel.
* Liaising effectively with the Operations Superintendent, Master, or Chief Engineer regarding the vessel’s maintenance program and operational matters.
* Conducting at least two comprehensive vessel inspections annually using a detailed inspection checklist.
* Providing detailed operating budgets for maintenance, dry-docking, and special surveys.
* Initiating follow-up actions to contain costs within budgeted parameters wherever possible.
* Maintaining up-to-date cost data from various sources, in cooperation with the Procurement department.
* Controlling the volume and preparing precise specifications for repairs outsourced to workshops/repairers and organizing the supply of necessary repair equipment.
* Providing constructive feedback on purchases and encouraging ship staff to undertake repairs onboard when feasible.
* Timely alerting principals to potential cost areas that may exceed the budget.
* Advising ships under control on both budgeted and actual costs for technical items.
* Implementing strategies to reduce costs by motivating ship staff and enhancing cost awareness through regular updates on the cost of ordered stores and spares.
* Ensuring the validity of class, international, national, and specific vessel certificates.
* Staying abreast of requirements/changes in statutory/class rules, developments, and other regulations.
* Continuously updating, instructing, advising, and following up with ship staff on the implementation of these changes, in coordination with the Head of Technical and Operations department.
* Reviewing the effectiveness of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and discussing its implementation with the Master during inspections.
* Preparing monthly reports detailing vessel’s budgeted and actual expenditures, submitting them punctually to the Head of Technical.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Hold a Marine Engineer Class II (ATT-II) certificate or possess a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Marine System Engineering, Electrical & Instruments Engineering, or another related major.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent at a shipping company, with over 8 years of overall experience in the shipping industry.
* Preferably an Assistant Manager specialized in Ship Management.
* Extensive knowledge of vessel technical/engineering aspects and Planned Maintenance Systems, especially for Tug & Barge operations, Tankers, SPOBs, or similar vessel types.
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and strong leadership capabilities to manage the technical department, including troubleshooting and technical advice.
* Proven ability and experience in managing multiple tasks concurrently.
* Required Skills: Expertise in Ship Management, International Convention Regulations, ISM Code, ISPS Code, and Tankers Vessel operations.
* Strong analytical and logical thinking, detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
* Proficient computer skills, especially with MS Office, CMMS, VMS, FMS, and other vessel monitoring instruments.
