## Tamaris Development Program (TDP) Openings
The TDP is designed for high-potential individuals looking to make a meaningful impact in the renewable energy sector. We are hiring for the following streams:
1. Investment & Commercial
We are seeking experts to drive our financial strategy and project viability.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in investment, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
* Key Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and project feasibility studies. Experience in M&A within the energy or infrastructure sectors is highly advantageous.
2. Risk Management
We need data-driven professionals to safeguard our operational integrity.
* Qualifications: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Informatics, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years in data risk, quality assurance, or control.
* Key Skills: Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Strong grasp of machine learning, statistical modeling (ARIMA/LSTM), and database management.
## Project and Technical Roles
We are expanding our technical team to oversee our plant operations and project control departments.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum GPA 3.30).
* Experience: 2+ years in project control or project management.
* Expertise: Skilled in WBS development, project scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
4. IT Staff
* Requirements: Background in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Experience: 2+ years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Expertise: Knowledge of IoT, network security, database management, and emerging AI tools for operational efficiency.
5. Specialized Technical Positions
We are hiring for various plant-specific roles across our project sites:
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. 2+ years of experience in power plants. Must be willing to be stationed in North Sumatra.
* Technician (Solar PV/PLTS): S1 in Electrical Engineering with expertise in solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
* Operator (Solar PV/PLTS): SMK/D3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Familiarity with plant safety (K3) and shift work is required.
## Administrative and Support Roles
We are seeking diligent administrative professionals to ensure our site operations run smoothly.
* Admin GA (PLTA Batu Gajah): S1 degree with 1+ years of experience in HR/GA. This is a 3-month contract position covering maternity leave. Requires strong organizational skills and MS Office proficiency.
* Admin Finance (PLTM Manajur): D3 degree with 1+ years of experience in financial administration. Must possess a solid understanding of accounting basics and financial reporting.
